We are in the world where we need to transfer files form device to other over the internet. Sending a word file is always difficult as word file can be 1. modified easily 2. it needs a office suit  software 3. It takes more space.

So best option is to send file by converting to pdf ( Portable document format) ...as it is easy to share and it can be open easily 

Lets learn how to convert DOCs to PDF 

1. Open and create any document using Microsoft word 2016

2. Click File from the ribbon. 

3. From File menu Select Export

4. Now click Create PDF/XPS as shown below

5. Browse for the appropriate location , give suitable file name and click publish...

6. Your file will be saved as per location you have provided ( In this case it will be saved in documents)

Now can share your pdf file using email or any messaging app like what's app.
